(1) The standard of service quality related to information technology to be maintained by the certifying body shall be as prescribed by the controller from time to time.
(2) In the case that the quality is not specified according to sub-rule (1), the information technology related quality standards to be maintained by the certifying body shall be as specified in Schedule-1.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the quality standards set by the controller shall be published in a daily newspaper of national level and made public.
